WHEEL CLASSES
Get captivated by the mesmerizing spinning of a potter's wheel and unlock the secrets behind creating stunning clay vessels. Our pottery workshop offers an immersive experience for beginners and experienced enthusiasts alike, led by our skilled pottery team leader.
Single 90-Minute Session: Dive into the enchanting world of wheel throwing with our introductory 90-minute session. Learn the essential skills required to work with the potter's wheel as our lead guides you step by step. From centering the clay to shaping beautiful forms, trimming, and adding finishing touches - you'll create 2-3 basic pots. This comprehensive session is designed to provide an ideal introduction to the art of pottery.
4-Week Monthly Pottery Wheel's Class: For those with previous experience or a desire to delve deeper into the potter's wheel, our 4-week classes are tailored to meet your needs. Experience a supportive and personalized learning environment where you can build confidence and unleash your creativity. Under the guidance of our passionate and skilled instructor, you will receive invaluable tips and guidance that will inspire you to continue your journey in pottery
Open Studio Pottery Wheel Sessions: Open Studio Pottery Wheel Session is a fantastic opportunity exclusively available to students currently enrolled in our weekly pottery wheel classes or those who have successfully completed our 4-week pottery wheel class. It is an independent, instruction-free time for potters who know how to safely use the equipment and studio space to practice or to create new clay creations.

In our studio, in addition to our regular scheduled workshops, we also provide maker hours (open studio) at selected scheduled times throughout the year. You can also book private events for groups of 6-12 to have a creative experience to celebrate a special event or to simply enjoy a fun night out together.

Our studio team produces high quality ceramics, hand poured small batches candles, and jesmonite and concrete goods that reflect our unique and diverse aesthetic. From vases to planters, trays to custom candles, our handmade pieces are truly one of a kind.

Our workshops are a great space to explore your creative side or expand on a skill or art form that you enjoy. We aim to provide a variety of art forms that complement our brand with projects geared around design, florals, plants, ceramics, and more! Our workshops are taught by trained and experienced Piante team members and select local vendors, which allows you to leave our workshop not only having a fun experience, well-made project, but also knowledge about the topic that leaves you feeling confident about your creation and self.
